Recommended to clean out every couple hours or between candle uses to keep wax from over flowing. Never leave burning candles unattended. Note: Bamboo is flammable; do not let the flame from the candle touch the candle holder. Extinguish before leaving the room or falling asleep. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. It's best to stop burning a candle when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
